Work begins in the office before the machine starts.

The organization follows the logic of ZVER Green: one site, one linked file and a clear next step between office, field, equipment, transport and documents.

We apply only what is necessary for the specific terrain, activity and contractual role. The experts prepare and justify the documents, but the issuance of a permit or other administrative act remains a decision of the competent authority.

Light work

The documents are part of the implementation.

The contractor is Alpin Jobs EOOD. We work with contractual scope, traceable payments and documentation applicable to the specific site — from quotation to handover.

Contract, invoice and bank payment

The scope, cost, responsibilities and method of acceptance are described. Payments are documented with an invoice and are made by bank transfer according to the agreed terms.

Registrations and certificates

For the activities and contract role, we present the applicable registrations, certificates, legal capacities and technical documents when required.

Occupational medicine and organization

Alpin Jobs EOOD has a contract with the occupational health service provider. For the specific site, the necessary risk assessments, instructions, personal protective equipment, responsibilities and PPE apply where applicable.

KSB and Central Professional Register

The company is registered in the CPRS of the Chamber of Builders. We undertake construction, excavation and earthworks only within the confirmed professional, legal and contractual scope.

We comply with the regulatory, design, environmental and safety requirements applicable to the specific activity. Registration or certification does not replace a permit, design, approval or control where such are mandatory. See the system behind the performance ↗

Control before work

Readiness is not a check mark. It is a match between terrain, scope, technique, logistics and applicable documents.

If an essential condition is missing, it is identified before scheduling. An equipment and site review does not replace design, permits, utility tracing, geodetic control or any other mandatory check.
