Technique and specialized solutions

Four roles. One coordinated system.

We show real machines used in documented workflows. We work with our own and additionally provided equipment according to the project, access and necessary configuration; specific availability is confirmed in the offer.

Data before action

First we build a picture of the terrain. Then we assign the machine.

Surveying and measurements are selected according to the area, terrain, visibility, access and accuracy required for the particular task.

Boundaries and access

Coordinates, area, machinery access routes, existing routes and areas to be preserved.

Drone and orthophoto

General picture, placement and visual context where aerial photography is applicable and permitted.

LiDAR and measurement

Terrain, vegetation and geometry data for tasks for which a detailed spatial model has practical value.

Working layers

Scope, safe areas, sequence, technique, transport and applicable documents in general technical plan.

Drone, orthophoto and LiDAR are not an automatic part of every offer. We use them when they reduce unknowns and support a specific technical solution.

Complex performance

From the overgrown terrain to the prepared site.

Not every task requires all operations. The sequence is determined after actual evaluation, and each activity has its own scope.

Excavator equipment

Excavation, loading and shaping.

The excavator is assigned according to the geometry of the excavation, the soil, the access and the designated placement area for the excavated material. Clear boundaries and information about underground networks are required before work.

Bulldozer

• construction and infrastructure excavations

• shaping terrains and working areas

Spreading, profiling and reclamation.

The bulldozer works in common sequence with the excavation and transport equipment. The final profile, slopes and drainage are considered according to the design and future use.

Liability and registration scope

Construction scope

Construction, excavation and earthworks are undertaken only within the registered and agreed scope.

Earth materials and transport

The registered transport includes code 17 05 04 — soil and stones, other than hazardous code 17 05 03 — and other explicitly listed non-hazardous waste.

Entries in Bulgaria's Central Professional Register of Builders (ЦПРС) and the Bulgarian Executive Environment Agency (ИАОС) public register were checked against the public records on 09.08.2026. The transport registration is not a general permit for any waste and does not automatically authorize treatment or acceptance at any site. An on-site inspection or machinery trial does not replace a design, geological data, geodetic control, permit or other mandatory documentation.
