From Unimog to CLAAS XERION and FAE

ZVER's development began with the old Unimog and a small mulcher. Today the brand is backed by a fleet for overgrown, uneven and rocky terrain, supported by the team and organisation of Alpin Jobs EOOD.

The beginning with the old Unimog

The old orange Unimog with its small mulcher is an important part of our beginnings. Its output cannot be compared with today's machinery, but working with it built practical experience in dense vegetation, difficult access, uneven terrain and constantly changing conditions.

As we took on larger and more complex projects, it became clear that the answer was not simply a more powerful mulcher. Preliminary assessment, a prepared team, transport, backup capacity, service readiness and a plan for the cleared material were all required.

Why one machine is not enough

Two sites with the same area can require completely different approaches. Vegetation type and density, tree diameter, slope, soil, stones, heavy-machinery access and the required final result all matter.

Mulching alone is sufficient for some tasks. Others require preliminary cutting, an excavator, haulage, stump treatment, rock milling and final grading. The configuration is therefore selected after assessing the site, not only by its area.

Machinery for the different stages

Depending on the terrain and the project, the following equipment may be combined:

Not every machine is used on every project. The aim is a precise configuration without unnecessary operations or promises that the particular terrain does not allow us to fulfil.

The images document machinery that has actually been used. Depending on the task, we work with our own and additionally secured machinery; the exact machine, configuration and availability are confirmed for the particular project and stated in the offer.

• specialised transport — for moving the machinery and organising work between stages

Service support is part of the capacity

During heavy work, machines operate under continuous load. Real capacity depends not only on power but also on maintenance, available consumables, the response to a technical problem and the ability to reorganise the work.

Planning service support, transport and backup machinery reduces the risk of one failure stopping the whole project. This is particularly important for large areas, short deadlines and work far from the base.

From clearance to a prepared site

Depending on the specific task, integrated delivery may include:

The final result is defined in advance: whether the site must become passable, be cleared for maintenance, or be prepared for construction, agricultural or infrastructure use.

2. a site inspection and selection of an applicable method
3. defining the scope and required documentation
4. cutting, removal and separation of material
5. mulching, chipping, loading or haulage
6. treatment of stumps and roots
7. milling, grading and reclamation according to the future purpose

The machines work in the field. Management starts before them.

Before the machinery departs, the team processes the enquiry, reviews photographs and location data, arranges an inspection, defines the scope, and prepares the offer and required documentation. People, machines, transport, service support and the order of operations are then coordinated.
