Development from 2005 to today

From alpine works to complex terrain preparation.

The story begins in 2005 with alpine work and specialized tasks in hard-to-reach places. Over time, experience, facilities and investment in machinery expanded the business to cleaning, mulching, earthworks, recycling, transport and overall site preparation.

The old specialized activities are not abandoned. They remain part of the team's capabilities and are combined with machine capacity when the task requires working around trees, buildings, facilities or limited access.

ZVER was created as a separate trademark for this broader technical direction. Behind it is the accumulated experience and legal responsibility of Alpin Jobs EOOD.

A clear identity

One job. Four clearly named roles.

When brand, company, and organization are mixed, trust becomes unclear. Here, every role is named accurately.

Communication and technical performance are under the ZVER brand. The contracting legal entity and contractor are identified as Alpin Jobs EOOD. Internal office systems are not a separate company, contractor or public service.

Experience turned into a system

We are not dependent on one person's memory and decisions.

The manager's personal professional experience began in 2005, and Alpin Jobs EOOD has been operating as a company since 2008. The accumulated knowledge comes from thousands of contacts with clients and work on various sites, terrains and technical situations.

Each task receives an individual solution, but it is not performed "blindly". The method is determined by a common system of people, equipment, service, office preparation, documents and control.

Professionalism is not only measured by the size of the machine. It is in the preparation, the real assessment, the clear responsibilities, the technical readiness and the transparent acceptance of the result.

The machinery fleet has evolved from the early Unimog solutions and a smaller mulcher to the CLAAS XERION, excavators, bulldozers, specialized equipment, transport and service organization.

My name stands behind the commitment.

I have been working professionally in this field since 2005. As a manager and sole owner, I am responsible for the direction, commitments and standard with which Alpin Jobs EOOD works.

However, the result does not depend on just one person. Behind each site are trained teams, office organization, service, equipment, documents, control points and the internal ZVER Green system.

Secondary special education with professional training in forestry.

Education in geography and biology at the University of Sofia and higher education at the University of Library Science and Information Technology.

Multiple trainings and certifications in tree work, working at height and operating or using specialized machinery and equipment as per the specific qualification.

Regular participation in specialized exhibitions, fairs and symposiums and constant exchange of practical knowledge with colleagues from Bulgaria and abroad.

Outside the professional role: married, father of two children.

ZVER has a verifiable legal basis.

The two figurative marks are owned by Alpin Jobs EOOD and are registered for classes 37 and 44 relating to construction, site cleaning, tree work, planting and forestry services.

First group and constructions of the fourth and fifth categories

The entry covers high-rise buildings, adjacent infrastructure, electronic communication networks and facilities, as well as the scope specified in the certificate for the fourth and fifth categories. The certificate card is valid until 30.09.2027.

Separate types of construction and installation works

Entry for the fifth group for the activities specified in the certificate from KID-2008, "Construction" sector. The certificate card is valid until 30.09.2027.

Transport within the verified legal scope

The public register includes transport of code 17 05 04 — soil and stones other than hazardous code 17 05 03 — and other specifically listed non-hazardous waste. For each project, the origin, the code and the permitted receiving site are checked.
