Clearing easements, pipelines and linear infrastructure

Planning vegetation clearance along pipelines and technical corridors with defined boundaries, access, safety zones and staged logistics.

The linear object passes through different properties, terrains and types of vegetation. Therefore, the task is organized by sections, but is reported as a single route: with confirmed boundaries, access, restrictions, preserved elements, operations and acceptance criteria.

Before the machine: who assigns and what is the work area

A verified commissioning party, up-to-date tracking information and authorized work limits are required. Ownership of the land itself does not override the rights and regime of the energy or infrastructure site. The contractor does not determine the easement width himself and does not move the route along visible landmarks.

Official Ordinance No. 16 governs the determination and special regime of easements of energy facilities and takes into account the need for safe operation, repair and passage of people and equipment. However, the specific site is performed according to the received data and instructions of the holder, not according to a general number copied from the Internet.

Overview and division of the sections

  • entrances, crossings, bridges, slopes and sections with limited bearing capacity;
  • type, height and density of vegetation;
  • visible facilities, markings, manholes, posts and control points;
  • stones, metal, waste, water obstacles and unstable ground;
  • zones for manual operation, suspension or separate reconciliation.

Choice of operation and technique

Low vegetation, shrubs, single stems and large trees require a different approach. A mulcher can reduce material in place, a circular-saw system can free up gauge, and an excavator with appropriate implements can assist in separation and loading. Operation near a facility, marker or unknown area goes into a pre-defined restricted mode or is suspended until clarified.

Observation of a mark or net does not prove its exact depth, condition or safe distance. These parameters come from the competent owner/operator and applicable work plan.

The material is part of the task

Cleared and shredded vegetation must not block access, facilities, drainage or subsequent inspections. The offer specifies whether the material remains distributed, collected at designated locations, separated as wood or transported as applicable.

Control during execution

  1. The work area and daily login are confirmed before starting.
  2. Marked save elements and stop zones remain visible.
  3. A change in conditions, an unknown facility, or a conflict stops the relevant section.
  4. The photo report follows mileage/distance or other accepted reference, without public disclosure of sensitive coordinates.
  5. The completed section is checked before moving the equipment.

What we accept and what we do not claim

Length and limits of the processed section, maximum residue, free access, condition of material piles and additional operations performed can be measured. No claims are made of pipeline health, facility safety, or regulatory compliance based on clearance alone.

Official starting point: Ordinance No. 16 on easements of energy sites — State Gazette. The applicable revision and specific conditions are checked for each site.

Submit a shareable map or length, vegetation type, access, required score and contact person via the inquiry form. Sensitive tracking data is not sent through a public form.
