Milling and preparation for reclamation
On-site processing of vegetation, roots and suitable surface material as one verified stage of a wider reclamation plan.
ZVER · Alpin Jobs EOOD · Bulgaria · EIK 200328636Mechanized milling of vegetation, roots and topsoil as part of preparation for subsequent reclamation.
Approach
Decision after real assessment.
The working depth, the number of passes and the final result are determined according to the material, the soil, the slope and the future purpose of the terrain. Milling is a stage of reclamation, not a one-size-fits-all substitute for profiling, drainage or application of suitable materials.
Submit location, approximate area, photos, access information and purpose.
- Disturbed and heavily overgrown terrains
- Areas with roots and residual wood
- Preparation before profiling, landscaping or technical use
- Photos, location and purpose of reclamation
- Assessment of material, access, slope and obstructions
- Trial section and confirmation of work sequence
Details
What milling solves
The specialized machine shreds vegetation, roots and part of the surface material on site. This can prepare a more uniform working layer and facilitate subsequent operations when the terrain and design allow the treated material to remain on site.
Before work, the preservation zones, the underground and above-ground networks, the permissible depth and the requirements for the final profile are specified. Coarse obstructions, contaminated materials and inappropriate rock inclusions are considered separately.
- Defined scope and boundaries of the treated section
- Agreed guideline fraction and tolerances
- Clear distinction between milling, profiling and biological reclamation
- Checking if and how the material can be used on site
